Emerging or small level organizations often have informal structures owing to lack of resources and Capacity, resulting in few staff members performing multiple functions. It is important that these team members are well versed in basic functions of human resource, operations and finance to bring more efficiency in the organization. Community World Service, Asia offers a capacity building opportunity through four-day workshop on Organization Management.
At the end of the workshop, participants will have developed:
1. Greater knowledge, understanding and skills of Organizational Management
2. The ability to properly assess current OM practice in their organizations and to make required changes for improvement
3. The ability to facilitate the development of an OM framework for their organizations
