How will the training be useful?
Many emerging or small level organizations often have informal structures due to lack of resources and capacity, resulting in fewer staff members performing multiple functions. It is important that these team members are well versed in the basic functions of human resource management, operations and finance for effective organizational programming. Community World Service, Asia offers a capacity enhancement opportunity through a four-day workshop on Organization Management.
At the end of the workshop, participants will have developed:
- Greater knowledge, understanding and skills of Organizational Management(OM)
- The ability to properly assess current OM practice in their organizations and to make required changes towards improvement
- The ability to facilitate the development of an OM framework for their organizations

Who’s the Trainer?
Sohail Muhammad Ali is a Consultant and Trainer. As a Trainer, he has conducted workshops for national and international organizations on various themes. His expertise is however in the themes of Advocacy & Lobbying, Communication Skills, Organizational structure & culture, Project Cycle Management, Social Mobilization, Monitoring & Evaluation, Communication & Reporting, Leadership & Management, Resource Mobilization, Community Management Skills, Core Management Skills, Art of mentoring.
